It is very bad to lack conflicts resolution skills.. as a man, you must not allow one man's beef with you escalate to that extent..

You must avoid the avoidable and go for the non_avoidables, not every fight is necessary, i think VDM took the fight too far..
VDM need to surround himself with people who will be bold enough to tell him the bitter truth..
