A Nigerian woman has shared receipts showing that her Dangote shares, bought in 2007, were worth about ₦35,000 after 16 years, saying she expected a better return.
A Nigerian lady has shared her own experience after watching VeryDarkMan’s viral video about Dangote shares.
According to her, she bought Dangote shares back in 2007 and decided to check the value after 16 years.
She said she was shocked to discover that the investment was worth around N35,000 after holding it for so many years.
In her words:
“After watching VDM’s video about Dangote shares, I want to share my own experience. I bought Dangote shares back in 2007. Fast-forward 16 years, I decided to check how much my investment had grown, only to discover that the value was around N35,000. Honestly, I was shocked because, after holding those shares for so many years, I expected a much better return.”
She also displayed receipts to back her claim.
Her story is coming after VeryDarkMan shared documents of a man who reportedly bought 1,200 units of Dangote Flour Mills shares for N18,000 in 2007 and allegedly received N324 and N216 as dividends in 2009, and N108 in 2012.
