The judge recused herself from the case, citing a social media f!!ght of ego and pr!de, and not really about justice. Now, the case will be assigned to another judge who will sit on it.
The pr0blem for VDM is that he confirmed what the judge who recused herself said unknowingly, by saying on camera, “It’s not about you anymore (Blord), it’s a thing of pr!de now. I want to show Sowore that he caππot do any thing.
I want him to know.” This will be entered as evidence ∆gainst him by the defense counsel (Blord's lawyers), saying VDM wasn't iÏ€jμred by Blord's act but is just trying to seek S0cial media relevance and pr!de, and therefore Blord can't be pμn!shed for causing no h∆rm.
To get a sentence, you must show how the action of whom you are su!Ï€g has caused you d∆m∆ges. But he said it didn't on camera. The case will be thr0wÏ€ out if any judge takes it at all; they may all R£fuse to hear it. The best thing for VDM now is to drop the case and claim any victory he can, or else he will l0se or at best , get a little sum if he wins. But i don't see that happening..
