VALUE OF COW DUNGS!
In some parts of Nigeria mainly in Ebonyi and Enugu state, Cow dung was once used for plastering of House. This is an excreted dungs from cows. It smoothing the house and makes it more beautiful.
In Ebonyi and Enugu states of Nigeria, cow dung has long been used for plastering houses, creating smooth and beautiful finishes. This age-old practice, predating cement, persists in some villages today, showcasing a blend of sustainability and cultural heritage.
Despite its initial smell, which fades quickly, cow dung remains a testament to the ingenuity of traditional African building techniques.
This was the only plastering of House in the Olden Days in Africa before the invention of cement products. This is mostly common in Enugu and Ebonyi state in the Eastern parts of Nigeria, though it smells very bād at the moment its was applied on the floor , but fade after few hours.
