It has come to the knowledge of Office of the Honourable Minister of Works that your esteemed media house sometimes uses unofficial, old or unbefitting pictures of the Honourable Minister of Works in your programmes and publications especially by the ICT department and other editorial units.
Please, going forward, we request that any of the following pictures be used in all programmes and publications of your media house where the portrait or picture of the Honourable Minister of Works is required. Please notify the concerned units.
