The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Development (South East) Barr. Chioma Nweze has Commended Governor Hope Uzodinma for his ambitious Programme to train 300,000 youths on digital skill and for the construction of over 64 roads spanning over 150 kilometres in Imo State
In a statement signed and issued to Newsmen in Abakaliki on Tuesday by Barr Mrs Chioma Nweze , she therefore, declare endorsement for reelection bid of Governor Hope Uzodinma for Governorship election coming on 11th November 2023
According to Barr. Nweze, she said "It
is therefore my belief that your re-election for another term will certainly consolidate and expand the gains of your rapidly growing developmental drive" Is pleased to publicly declare our endorsement for your reelection bid"
Barr. Nweze also appreciated Senator Hope Uzodinma for ongoing infrastructural development in the State
"We take note and applaud Your Excellency's ambitious digital programme to train 300,000 Imo youths on digital skills. We laud you for the construction of over 64 roads spanning over 150 kilometres and ongoing rehabilitation of another 43 routes of over 350 kilometres in both urban and rural areas, revival of hitherto moribund industries in Imo state such as the Adapalm and Acharaugo farms, health insurance programme for Imo residents in partnership with the WHO, to mention just a few."
She added "lnstructively, in the last 46 months, under the watch and direction of Your Excellency, Imo the Eastern heartland has soared in education, healthcare, road infrastructure, rural development, sports and security, and so on"
"Your support base continues to grow on the back of your personal character, integrity and solid performance indexes in office.The Eastern heartland is now experiencing unprecedented economic growth and a generational shift from poor leadership to good governance"
Barr Nweze, however Congratulated Sen. Hope Uzodinma for his resounding victory at the Guber polls
