The Wife of the Governor, Chief Mrs Uzoamaka Mary-Maudline Ogbonna Nwifuru has endorsed the activities of National Council Women Societies in Ebonyi State.
Mrs Nwifuru endorsed the group when they paid a courtesy members of call at her office in government house Abakaliki
The First Lady commended the chair persons to inaugurate the NCWS executives across all the 13 Local Government Areas with the intention to reach the unreached women at the grass roots assuring women inclusion through the group in Her programs to better Ebonyi women.
In her speech, the president of National Council for Women Societies, Mrs Chinyelu Udoku expressed their active readiness to work with Her Excellency in her programs and pivotal activities in lifting Ebonyi women to greater heights.
Mrs Udoku further pledged the society's support to her government generally.
