According to eyewitness accounts, the yet-to-be-identified woman was reportedly dropped off from a white Mercedes-Benz before removing all her clothes and displaying unusual behavior that attracted a large crowd.
Witnesses said the woman repeatedly shouted, "London... London... London," while appearing to be in a distressed or confused state.
Amid the commotion, a courageous woman at the scene stepped forward and covered her with a wrapper to protect her dignity as onlookers watched.
