If more women want leadership positions, the solution is participation, not complaints. Parties are selling forms, offering discounts to women, and the same rules apply to everyone. Leadership comes through contesting, campaigning, and winning votes — not social media arguments.

No law or party rule is blocking women from contesting in next year’s election, as a matter of fact, parties are giving women 25% discounts if they want to purchase a form.
INEC and party guidelines set the same requirements for everyone. If you meet them, you can pick up a form for any position.
Positions aren’t given by default. People who hold office today picked forms, contested primaries, and campaigned for votes. That same path is open to women.
Don’t come to social media and be doing cho cho cho.
If the goal is more women in office, it starts with entering the race. Not picking forms and not contesting leads to fewer women on the ballot. That’s a result of non-participation, not a ban.
Umu Anya Mmiri Nkechi Bianze, Ada Igbo, obidii, Amanda and co, bring out a woman, sponsor her financially, campaign for her to contest, even if it’s chaplain….. Let’s see if she can win and make the best leader……. But I’m sure you won’t cos there’s no man in between.
