Human rights activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has declared his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election, promising to “liberate Nigeria” from what he described as the country’s failed political leadership.
Sowore stated that Nigerians can no longer continue under the “same failed political class” of President Bola Tinubu, Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, and others.
He further insisted that he remains the most qualified candidate to lead Nigeria and deliver meaningful change to the country.
