Brian McGuinness, a retired United States soldier, stormed into the United States Congress and shouted that no one wants to go to war with Iran for the sake of Israel.
According to reports, security personnel at the Capitol quickly approached him and attempted to escort him out of the chamber as he resisted their efforts.
During the struggle to forcibly remove him, McGuinness reportedly suffered a broken arm after it was caught and trapped in a door.
The incident comes amid growing opposition among many American citizens to the possibility of war with Iran, including some supporters of President Donald Trump.
