Tomeka Thiam, Akon's wife had filed for a divorce after 29 years of marriage. and here are some of her demands we've uncovered so far:
She is demanding a spousal support of a jaw-dropping €100M from Akon.
She demanded Akon to have just legal custody of their child. This means Akon should be financially responsible for their welfare.
She doesn't want Akon to have physical custody over their 17 year old daughter. This means that despite demanding Akon to be the source of their livelihood, she doesn't want the child to be physically attached or living with Akon.
She doesn't want Akon to also demand spousal support. She is blocking the court from ordering a spousal support to be paid to Akon.
Unfortunately for her, Akon allegedly saved and registered his wealth under his mother's name. The court accessed Akon's account and found just $10k in it. That's what Akon is going to share with her after 29 years of marriage
