CROSS EXAMINATION OF SECOND WITNESS.
Agabi: Do you know Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
Witness 2: Yes. I met Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja at our DSS office where I was asked to question him. He is the leader of the proscribed group. He established ESN an armed group.
Agabi: You told court about the meeting had with Mnk. Tell the court the setting of the meeting.
A letter from the Federation Attorney General at the time is being distributed in court for appropriate reading.
Agabi, the lead counsel maintained that the letter was not included in the evidence.
Agabi maintained that he should be able to view the letter if it was served to him.
The prosecution has since withdrawn the letter from the former Attorney General in court through a motion ok.

Kanu Agabi objected: the defense team has not received the documents
Prosecution Said: we are prepared to serve them.
The Defense team did not receive nearly all of the documents that the Prosecution presented.
Even the trial judge stated he did not receive any such document.
The Defense said that neither a video nor a letter from the former Attorney General had been served to the Defense.
The Prosecution is requesting that the case to be postponed until tomorrow.
Justice Omotosho: All documents must be served to the defendant by the Prosecution so that they can be examined.
Omotosho to the Prosecution... any documents you intend to rely on must be served to the Defense Cousel . It is necessary to submit an application to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's belongings. Case Adjourned to tomorrow May 7th, 2025 as court insist on ending the trial by May 8, 2025.
Since ten years, prosecution counsel still wants further adjournment.
