Suspending governor Fubara and declaring a state of emergency on Rivers State wasn't a day's plan by the Tinubu's administration, they orchestrated the plan and were nurturing it since the beginning of the Rivers State crises. They want to take the state through any means possible, regardless of the bloodbath or destruction of properties.
It's the same plan they had for Kano State when governor Abba made a law about the defunct Emirates, it should be noted that the infamous and unlawful justice Liman order that they claimed to abide by came much later after the the governor signed the law that repealed the 5emirates and appointed Sunusi the 2nd as the new emir.
Despite the clarity of the whole incidence they brought back the deposed emir and were hell bent on taking him back to the throne; if not because of the resistance by the people and the condemnation by the international communities the story would have been different by now, at the end the retired to take him to a mini palace adjacent to the cemetery to continue his unlawful stay.
Governor Abba demonstrated a great deal of tolerance and endurance; he refused to act despite temptations and constant provocative activities by the opposition, the deposed emir and his supporters.
But the federal government must take note, Kano isn't Rivers State. Any attempt or attempted attempt to test the will of our people will be rejected vehemently; in as much as we want to peace to reign, we're not stupids or insensitives.
