A promise is not a pay . Those people working under you deserve their money , you are not doing them a Favour by paying them.
It’s December and we all need money, if it’s possible please add something on their salary so they can celebrate Christmas with it . You are evil if you fail to pay their salaries knowing that they need it .
I learned the hard way , once worked for someone for years and all I got was promises . To any young man or woman out there , take your pay monthly or weekly. Don’t wait for any settlement. At the end they’ll frame you up and say you stole money .
Moral lesson : If you are a boss reading this , please pay your workers .
