"Davido and I lodged Don Jazzy and D'banj in one David's father's house when they first came to the US because they didn't have money to rent a hotel."
"Me, Davido, and my brother Sina Rambo were already rich when most and well known in the United States when most afrobeats artistes were still struggling. We were just about 18 or 19 years old but were already richer than everybody in Nigeria.
When Don Jazzy and D'banj were still together, me and my brother Sina were Mo Hits' PAs in America because we had the money and connection they didn't have.
I remember the first time D'banj came t America, he wrote us and he was like: 'I'm landing at 6:00 AM and I don't even have money for a taxi. You guys should pick us up.'
But they said that nobody should drive in Atlanta that day because it was snowing and the roads were slippery. But Davido said we're picking up Don Jazzy and D'banj even if the roads collapse.
So we took Davido's father's Escalade, Rolls Royce, Audit, and 2 other cars to go pick Don Jazzy and D'banj up.
So we went and picked Don Jazzy and D'banj up from the airport and when we were on our way back to the house, we almost had an accîdent because the road was slippery.
We almost fell off the Milan bridge but thanks Davido's good driving skills we made it back home." B Red
