So many of you just admire us because we make you laugh but so many of you do not know our meeting was just an interesting one destined by God to happen, for our meeting made us realise we are great humans in a small body.
I Chinedu whom you call Aki went for an audition while still schooling at IMT Enugu and there i met Late Chukwuka Emelionwu Kasvid, the man who made us become who we are today, may his soul rest in peace. Kasvid picked interest in me and later visited me at the school hostel.
Osita Iheme (Pawpaw) met Kasvid at Enugu when He relocated to Enugu from Ababto chase his acting dreams. Kasvid believed Osita can act and brought him in.
Even though we were adults, we struggled to get adult movie roles because of our small size.
But Kasvid wasny just seeing the small humans that everyone was seeing, rather Kasvid from the marketing angle was seeing two unique people that can do something different to change the narrative of the Nollywood movie industry, he saw an advantage in that small size and decided to produce a movie that will give both of us lead roles. And so Kasvid created the name; "Aki & Pawpaw" and asked a scriptwriter to develop a story about two troublesome kids.
The movie was finally released as Aki na Ukwa. That movie turned us into the stars you see now.

I see alot of persons out there who feel and think they cannot do great things because they are small, some even feel they don't deserve greatness because they are small or lack a certain physical advantage. You are wrong, the universe is very big. You see God does not call the qualified but he rather calls the unqualified to make them qualified.
Your greatness is in you, you just have to rise up and accept it. I am glad today, my face makes almost everyone laughs, I am grateful my face has become a reason for joy in so many homes.
