How I almost became Homeless in 2014
2014 things were really tough . I’ll take my 40k salary and in few days I’ll be broke. Stayed with friends just to wake up and noticed they had plans to transfer without telling me.
I discovered just 2 days to the day they had to pack out. I had no money to get a spot for myself . I was about to go to the streets and sure sleep there in a strange City.
I called my mum , she told me to calm down. Next morning she sent me some money to get a place . God bless you Mum , I’m here today thanks to you.
The place I got was so small and leaking anytime rain is falling. I had to manage it while hustling to grow. I explained my situation to my babe, she said we should go on a break and I dropped tears. Things were tough . Man kept going.
Today , I can afford a good place for my self . Done with my own projects. I can feed and eat well and sure travel to some cities and country that I want. Got my daughters that I vowed she will never go via what I went through.
As a man with no money, you go through crazy embarrassment, as a woman you go through crazy exploitation. Nobody wants a broke man , even friends start spacing.
Today I just want to thank God publicly for my life . My life is evidence that he exists. Ion know what you might be going through but trust me if you do not give up , you will make it as well as you might not still make it.
I Pray God remembers you . I’ve seen n tasted pains , I know how much it hurts and if you reading this , don’t give up.
