Sitting somewhere at East Legon now eating fufu ( too much pepper ) and drinking Orijin and for the past 30 minutes they have been playing Shatta
As I sit in East Legon, savoring fufu that's a touch too spicy and sipping on Orijin, Shatta Wale's hits fill the air. For the past 30 minutes, his old tracks have transitioned to the Konek Album, with "I Know" on repeat.
The crowd sings along, showing their love for an artist who rules both the media and the streets. After two vibrant weeks in Ghana, where Shatta's music is a constant companion, it's clear he's the heartbeat of the nation.
My stay here has been nothing short of amazing. Ghana, your warmth and beauty will be missed. Nigeria, see you on Friday.

Being an artiste that you are loved on media and even more on the streets is not easy. Been in Ghana for two weeks and everywhere I go ,I hear his songs. It’s safe to say he is truly the biggest artiste in the streets of Ghana.
