Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement (South East) Barr. Mrs Chioma Nweze has Congratulated Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for his election victory at the supreme court
This was contained in a congratulatory message signed by SSA to the President on Community Engagement South East.
Her message reads;
"I most warmly congratulate His Excellency, Rt. Hon Buldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru on the Supreme Court ruling which affirmed his victory in the March 18 governorship election.
"This sweeping verdict by the apex court not only validates the popular mandate given to you by the good people of Ebonyi State through your resounding victory at the polls, it also lays to rest the tussle over the governorship of Ebonyi State and removes all legal obstacles to fully delivering the dividends of democracy to the good people of the state.
"While we commend our justice system for the transparent and impartial audit of the election, we call on all lovers of democracy in Ebonyi State to band together for continuation of good governance and development and advancement of democracy.
"It is my sincere desire also that His Excellency will be magnanimous in victory and make concrete moves towards inclusive governance as may be necessary.
"Please accept my sincerest regards and congratulations." Nweze said.
