The Ebonyi Local Government Chairman, Barr Prince Chinedu Augustine Uburu has conferred Chieftaincy title by the people of Egwudinagu ward as Afu nwa elota nnaya and his wife as Ugwudiya
The Chieftaincy Investiture was held at Onyiriigbo Oshieke primary school Ebonyi LGA, the events which was Attracted by many dignitaries who grace the occasion including Ebonyi State Governor and his wife Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Senator Barr. Peter Onyekachi Nwebonyi and among others attended.
While speaking at the coronation, the Chairman Council expressed joy and thanked the people of egwudnagu ward ishieke mgbomeze autonomous community for the conferment of Chieftaincy title honour given to him and his wife
Council Chairman, therefore used the occasion promise to pay WAEC fee of ten students from each ward , and also promise to give total scholarship to University level to one person each from community in Ebonyi LGA.
He also formed a foundation named "Afunwa foundation", offered a cow and cash gifts of two million Naira to people around during the coronation.
