The leadership of Uli Progressive Union, led by the PG, Hon. Callistus Eric Obinakaba paid a courtesy visit to Barr Jude Ngobili, Member Representing Ihiala 1 at the Anambra State House of Assembly. The distinguished Hon Ngobili doubles as the current Chief Whip, Anambra State House of Assembly.
The visit provided a unique opportunity for the Union to congratulate Barr Jude Ngobili on his victory at the tribunal and existing partnerships with the legislative arm of government.
Amongst other important issues, PG Callistus discussed how the UPU could align efforts with the State Governor’s focus on economic development, peace building, youth and human capital development, as well as other areas of further collaboration with the state.
The leadership also extended their courtesy visits to the State Secretary of APGA, Engr Sir Levi Obiadua.
and Ichie Ifeanyi Orjiako.
The aim of these visits were done in order to properly leverage the APGA led Government in building a progressive Uli.
These visits accorded all parties the chance to deliberate issues constructively and discuss the way forward.
