Miss urban Nigeria pageant is a yearly pageant which it’s finale is held on august of every year.
The founder of Miss Urban Nigeria Mrs Adaeze Cookey and The creative director senator Diamond Sopuruchi put up the pageant as a way of reaching out and helping young, intelligent and aspiring leaders who would encourage leadership through pageants. Finale for miss urban Nigeria is switched from state to state.
Miss urban Nigeria had their maiden edition on the 26th of august 2023 which Miss Delight Nwankwo a 24 year old graduate from anambra state who represented rivers state won! The first runner was won by 19 year old Catherine Peters who hails from Abuja and represented Abuja.
The second runner and top model award was won by 23 year old miss Patricia Udoka, a nursing student and fashion/ editorial model from delta state who represented edo state.
The winners were given modeling and acting contracts, cash prices, makeup and gele trainings, etc.
we are hoping ore brands can work with the organization and get their products and services in the market through these business minded young queens who represent the organization.
Registration for miss urban Nigeria kicks of every February and ends April. Audition is held in different states in the country, sane month of April. We are still open to more sponsorship and more opportunities.
