The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ, Ebonyi State Council, has Congratulated Dr. Monday Uzor on his appointment as the Chief Press Secretary to Ebonyi State Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
This was contained in a Press statement issued and signed by NUJ Chairman Tony Nwizi and Secretary Nnamdi Akpa on behalf of the union
The union has expressed joy over the well deserved appointment given to Dr. Monday Uzor as the CPS, and assuring to support him with prayers for God guild on his new job
NUJ therefore, thanked the Ebonyi state Governor Francis Nwifuru Ogbonna for appointing one of the NUJ member as his chief press Secretary
The statement reads;
"The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ, Ebonyi State Council, heartily Congratulates Dr. Monday Uzor on his appointment as the Chief Press Secretary to Ebonyi State Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru"
"Your experience in the field of Journalism with your personal disposition and discipline single you out as a square peg in a square hole, and we are not in doubt that you will deliver on this onerous responsibility.
"NUJ is happy with your well deserved appointment and as you count on our support, be rest assured of our fervent prayers to God to guide you on your new job"

Also in same development, the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, Ebonyi State Council, heartily Congratulates Dr. Monday Uzor on the appointment given to him as the Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Rt Hon, Francis Nwifuru.
In a statement signed by the Chairperson NAWOJ, Nkechinyere Oginiyi who states that NAWOJ is very happy with the appointment given to Dr. Monday Uzor as the CPS, while describing it's appointment as a reward for hard work, patience and professionalism.
